  A Big Shout to Mae Eib highly recommended She’s a great physiologist She will explain everything from top to buttom and answer all the why’s feeling in pain or discomfort Eib is the way to go

  I’ve been going to this physio since early 2021 I’ve gone through roughly 8 physios in that time. They can’t seem to stay in Alice, don’t blame them haha.
  But Andrea was amazing, she is gone now and I currently see Mark.
  I highly recommend these two physios any day!
  They know their stuff, they know to do exercises you need to get the tissue some what healthy and functioning.
  
  I dislike being thrown exercises and getting no where over months at a time when changing physios.
  I’m grateful for Andrea and Mark.
  
  I had a really extreme ankle injury (Grade 3 - 2 ligaments torn and subchondral fracture) 2021 and then reconstruction surgery early 2022. It’s been a tough journey being in my 20s but if you can find a knowledgeable physio (Mark) you will recover comfortably.
  For orthopaedic surgery I’d recommend Dr Peter Stavrou in Adelaide, bloody legend did his part but physios need to take over after that.
  The receptionist (Sanki, I’m so sorry if I misspelled that) is a lovely lady. The company needs to appreciate her hard work more and treat her well for her great work ethic. She is working most the time alone and is a absolute weapon!
  
  It’s been a crazy almost 2 years of being with health first. I’m moving away. But thank you to the team for helping me along this painful journey and making a little more comfortable.
  
  If all physios can be on the same page about treatment and recovery that’d be nice and not so conflicting for clients.

  Very supportive staff. They Fit us in for urgent physio care at very short notice and were very helpful, arranging regular follow up appointments. They explained my issues clearly and gave me some exercises to do to get me on the road to recovery. Highly recommended!

  Excellent staff and service. Have helped me each time I’ve injured myself with a good plan of follow up appointments as needed and exercises. Can be hard to get an appointment at short notice which is a reflection on how good they are, but the admin staff are really proactive in filling cancellations if you put yourself on the wait list to be available if anything sooner pops up.

  My Physio was great, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing, cannot fault him or the reception staff who were lovely. My appointment however was only 20minutes and cost $99 and as it was an initial consultation half the time was spent entering my details into the computer. I came in with lower back pain and for it to be physically worked on but was told after 10minutes my time was up and I would be emailed exercises. Regular appointments are also only 20minutes! Such a money grabbing scheme rather than an organisation treating patients. I won’t be back.
